I am having difficulty getting Norton Online Backup to backup Mac Email. I am on the lastest OSX 10.8.2. Checking the File Categories box for email seemed to have no impact and did not backup any mailboxes (even though help indicates that all .mbox will be backed up). So I thought that maybe that wouldn't work on a MAC and decided to just add the necessary folders. However, I cannot find a way to navigate to the mail folder in the "What to Back Up" process. I can get to Libraries, and System Libraries, but I cannot find a way to get to User Libraries. I know about holding down the option key in Finder, Go to see the User Libraries folder, but that doesn't seem to work within the Norton Online Backup selection procedure. In other words, I cannot find any way to select the appropriate folder or individual files.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Is it also normal to have to reboot after adding files or folders to the backup list? If I don't do this the "Storage Calculation in Progress" just seems to go on forever.
