Online Backup using Norton 360 not working

I have attempted to setup a new backup set using online storage. I have an preexisting backup set to a local drive that works OK. However, when I try to run the online backup I receive an error message that  says "There is a backup problem. Make sure the destination drive or device is connected and then try again."

 

I have selected 2.4GB of file to backup.

I have selected Secure Online Storage as the location and I have 10.5GB available space.

My internet is conected and working OK.

 

How do I get this backup set to work?
