to see what files I backed up. All I know is that I have 27.00 GB total storage and 6.13 GB used. I wanted to set up Incremental backup of my data files and email once a week but that option has never been available. I could restore the backed up files,but that is the only action allowed. I can't find what files were backed up.

You can view what is available from the Restore Files screen. Take a look at this help article for info on selecting files for restore. You don't need to actually restore a thing. It's the easiest way to look at what was backed up so you can then adjust accordingly.
Also the incremental option is automatically enabled and cannot be turned off. Once the initial backup completes it will send changes and new files going forward. Keep in mind if you make drastic changes it will impact your backup times. Also removing files from the backup set does not delete them from online storage.
