I have downloaded Norton Family on my son’s laptop. I am still testing it before I will decide if it is working for us. But my son is using a online curriculum for Maths. The video’s is not working. I have put the website under the exception tab and allowed the website to work during school times. The worksheets can be accessed but the video’s is not working. What can I do to get it to work? He is using Windows 10.

Based on the backend data, we have noticed that youtube.com has got blocked multiple times. if you are referring to Youtube.com website, then please add the below URLs to whitelist in addition to youtube.com
“play.google.com”
“googlevideo.com”
“accounts.youtube.com”
“families.youtube.com”
If you are referring to some other website, please let us know more details on which website is getting blocked, we will be happy to assits further.
