This statement is a bit of a concern to me.  I installed the Online Family and was then not able to access my internet banking websites on a user which is not being monitored.  I made sure the kids user was not active but still couldn't access the internet banking site under my user. As soon as I uninstalled Online Family I had no problems at all.  I run Norton Internet Security on 3 networked computers and up until this year was very happy with the add-on pack for parental controls. Now that I've updated to Norton Internet Security 2011 I'm not at all happy with the way Online Family work can be configured as there doesn't seem to be as much flexibility as with the previous add-on pack for Norton Internet Security. Is there a way I can configure Online Family to more suit my needs? Thanks.
