Online Family disables itself

I have a couple of PCs that the kids use, but on one of them - a DELL - Norton online family keeps disabling itself.  I am certain its not the kids, I have been in computers for all my life and they definitely don't know how to hack software.  Also the other computer has no problems, and they all use both computers.

 

The first time this happened I tried to reinstall, but this was a mission - it wouldn't reinstall.  Eventually got it reinstalled, but a couple of days later got an email that said "Norton Safety Minder on Dell-2 used by xxxx has been disabled. As you know, Norton Safety Minder is required on every computer monitored by OnlineFamily.Norton."  However no notification appears in my main login.  Big bug this.

Has the systems where OnlineFamilyNorton has been installed recently received a Microsoft update?

 

There seems to be a common theme where the program is disabling itself due to this.
