I have installed online family on 2 computers yesterday and everything appeared to be working properly. Now online family has stopped reporting activity. I have used both computers last night and this morning and nothing shows up at all. I have reinstalled the program again and I still am not getting any activity listed. Can someone please help!

Installed Saturday - reporting OK
Sunday - functioning on the kids PC - but no activityreport to my PC
...until today .....??? THEN the activityreport for sunday pops up
Same today, installing to second kids PC. (after lot of errors in trying to install/log on - described in another thread today).
Finally installed - but no activity report..... maybe it pops up tomorrow......
Is there any instability for the time being ?
Anyhow - guess it will be fixed - software is GREAT - easy to use/install.

It generally takes about 5 minutes to show the activities on the Web Activity page once you log onto your Norton Online Family account.
Please make sure when you test the program, you need to log onto the PC using the child's Windows account. If you log onto the PC using an unmonitored Windows account, these activities are not being monitored and won't be reported online.

Having the same issue. installed on my son's laptop and for a few days the web activity reported corrected. Within a few days, however, it is not working saying "no activity for 7 days" even though I used the laptop two days ago, yesterday and today to surf the web. I've uninstalled, reinstalled - getting the active dog on the bottom right hand corner saying that the computer is being monitored and have been waiting hours for chat to open up. I'm a new user - wondering if this is the best option for our family.

When you check activities online, please make you you check the profile that is assoicated with the Windows account that you have logged on the the PC with.
