Every time I try to get to my online family account, I fail.
From within Norton 360 I can choose to log in to Norton Family. The message is "internal server error"".
If I try from the status bar online family icon the message is " The Norton Family Server is Temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
Using my browser, I get a norton site (https://onlinefamily.norton.com/sitemaintenance.html) says 
For at least a week, I have not been able to uninstall, reinstall, modify, or temporarily disable Norton Family and I need to.
Please help me.
