Online Family Weekly Report - How to make it stop

I keep getting weekly reports for a family member I no longer have.  In fact, I don't have anyone registered any longer.  How do I make them stop?

I don't have profiles online.  I don't even have those profiles or accounts on my computer any more.

I assume the weekly reports you've received for the profile(s) (no longer exist anymore) show no activities and you do recognize the profile, which you created before.

 

Can you please send me a private message in the forum indicating your email address for your NOF account and the profile name(s) that you have received emails for?

Hi Andy,

 

Are you able to login to your Norton Online Family account?

 

If you are able to login to Norton Online Family and if you do not have the use for Norton Online Family any more you can unsubscribe from the service. To unsubscribe from Norton Online Family service, go to your Online Family Account and then click on "manage" and then click on "unsubscribe from Norton online family service". You will be prompted for the online family password, please enter it. Or you can simply disable the email notification by clicking on the "settings" tab and then click on "notify" tab. You will have the option to untick your email address from the mailing list.

 

Try these steps and check.
