For the past 4+ days, I have tried accessing user history at the online web site. I can log in (though unusually slow lately), and I get the alerts page for the first listed child. Next, when I click on the search tab, I usually get a loading indicator, but no data. I can let this run for 10 minutes or more and still never get any search results. Other tabs appear to work intermittently, such as today. But previous days, the all activity and web sections did not work at all. Also, sometimes, the search page doesn't even show loading and is just blank and other times, it just retains the last tab's contents.
Please don't offer basic consumer advice on how to use the web site. I am a veteran software developer of 25 years and fully understand how to not only use, but build sites such as these. This has been a problem in the past that corrected itself relatively quickly (hours), but this time it's lasting days.
Hope you can help sort this out.
