online ID safe has been reverted back to 2 weeks ago

Hi, I have had this problem now for weeks and since resolved. I had a case ID but can't remember it. Anyways, the gist of it, is when i changed my email address on my norton account, i could no longer access my online ID safe vault. a level 2 engineer called me and he revert my account back to my old email and then i could access my vault - so i think when you change your norton account emaill address it break the connection between that account and your online ID safe. This ia a problem with norton on their side. So the engineer went backed up the vault and then changed the email back to my new one and restored the data into the new one which he had to reset the vault and remove anything in there before he restored the data. This was the work around, an unacceptable workaround because it should just relink the online id safe to the new email address on your norton account. However.....

I have been running the online ID safe perfectly on my new email for about the past week or so and it has been perfect. After i got my account fixed on my new account i had to update the vault with my new login etc, since i was without it for week until i could get norton to give me a call. So i had access back to my vault and all my logins updated, so i was happy!!!!!!

 

Today i try to login and i get the same problem, it wouldn't accept my vault password even though i am putting it in right. So just out of curiousity, i changed my norton account email back to my old email and it logged me in to my vault using the exact same password i was trying before but now on my old email address.... But here is the kicker... all of my old login are there and looks exactly like my vault before I updated it...... so all my login that i added in the past week are GONE!!!!!!!!!!!! Norton please restore my vault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting really sick on this issue. i spent hours updating my vault when i got it restored the first time..... How hard can it be to change your email on your account and still have access to your vault. I am loosing trust in this product now that it is in the cloud i dont dont have control over it especially when it has all of my personal information.
