I have subscribed for a license key for 10 computers. I had earlier on canceled or sent an email to a first order that I made because I noticed there was an error ordering and it says something was delaying and will be sent later. The order number is Order Number#. The current one I did which is also delayed is the one below, Order Number# .
However, I have already a license key account with 5 devices. I was struggling to add on to this account with about 14 additional users. Your current system does not allow me to. Please make your system flexible for purchasing online and make it more interactive so we can order more than we want. For example, I am not able to change the number from 5 to 10 or 10 to 15 users. I have to be done win such that customers can order based on the number of computers they want.
Now, can I upgrade the current license I have to about 20 computers/devices without doing it one addition at a time?
