After having read through the basics on this forum about the length of time it takes to backup or restore, I was able to successffully backup my old computer. However, when trying to restore the large amount of data to my new computer, I get an error code W12002. This error code does not show up on the help resolutions for restore so I have no clue what the error is or how to fix it. Not very user friendly.
Now I have tried unsuccessfully at least three times - doing nothing with my computer, leaving it hooked up to the internet, etc. - to restore my files. Honestly just want to know how to restore my data without having to go in an download each of over 9,00 files one at a time. This is very frustrating and I highly doubt I will ever use this program again.
