My online storage has now been completely filled (2GB), but I'm pretty sure my critical documents don't take up the full 2GB. Something makes me think I have old documents in there that I don't need anymore--maybe even some photos that weren't supposed to be backed up in the first place.
When I run Norton 360 (I'm using v. 2.5.0.5), it takes forever and a day to access my online storage bank. When I do get in and I try to delete something, it takes forever and another day. Not only that, my screen goes black (that's either a Windows issue or a video card thing, I don't believe that's Norton's fault). So, basically, I'm looking for another way to delete my online storage.
I checked this thread (http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=Norton_360&message.id=21672&query.id=413188#M21672), but I don't seem to have my Norton online storage bank listed as a separate drive (I'm not using v. 3).
Some people have mentioned a person may have to contact a Norton employee, but I imagine that's not the most convenient way to do it. Can someone help me? Is there a way to quickly delete my entire account and set up my backup again?
Thanks,
SlowRain
