Online Storage Issue

I upgraded my Norton 360 service because I ran out of online storage space about four days ago.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Norton after that to make sure the issue was resolved.  About three days later, the issue wasn't resolved or was very temporarily resolved.  What can I do to fix this?

What 360 version and storage capacity did you have, and what did you upgrade to? You need to remember that the new storage limit does not get added to what you had in the past. If the new product offers 50GB, that is the total you can use with that current subscription.
