Online storage space calculation wrong again

We have 2 machines backing up onto online storage through Norton 360.

On getting close to the 2GB limit, we have deleted a whole load of files from the backups.  The two backup sets are now showing 668.3mb and 578.0mb respectively when displayed on the "Delete backed up files" dropdown - and have been at this level for over a week now.  This is well below the limit, however we are still getting buy more storage and now out of storage messages.

This is the second or third time we have had this problem.  If the system can determine the current values for individual backup sets, why can it not reset the total?  Is it just a marketing ploy?  I note that the maximum is still showing as 4GB from inconsistencies when we renewed the licence.

On a practical level, can you please sort this out?

Thanks
