Online Storage

I was using the online storage but have run out of space.  I don^t want to purchase more, I have changed my settings; however, I continue to have an at risk error.  How do I get rid of this?

Hi PeggySue,

I am wondering if there are issues with the Symantec (password/authentication) servers; please do the following for now and contact Symantec Customer Support at the link below (you can chat with them for free) and explain your situation to them, they might be able to tell you if there is a glitch with the servers and help you. Please tell me how it goes - thanks :-)

Hello Yaso_Kuuhl,

I did as you suggested and found after two long conversations that it was my error in forgetting that I had registered the Norton 360 version 3 using my husband's email address, because I first installed it on his new PC

However, I have still not been successful in purchasing more Norton online storage because we do not have Credit Cards, only Debit Cards.

I have no choice but to purchase my on line storage from somewhere else.

It is a shame, because I try to stick up for Symantec and Norton Security when people criticize it. Perhaps I should keep quiet about this difficulty.

Thanks for your help.

Regards Sue

Hi Sue,

I'm sorry to hear about the continued difficulties you have been experiencing with the online storage. Thanks for posting back with the outcome, and all the best.
