Online videos no longer accessible after Driver Updater

I recently purchased Norton Driver Updater and since running it can no longer view online videos on the Teachable platform.

I checked the Simplero site where I've also signed up to courses and the same hasn't happened.

Is anyone able to help with understanding this problem and how it might be addressed.

I have courses I'm attending with Teachable and any/all money I've paid is wasted if I can't access the videos.

I am really sorry for all troubles associated with usage of our product. This is not intentional behavior.

In order to be able to help you I would like to ask you to send us your log files executing our Support Tool utility.

The support tool is available under c:\Program Files\Norton\Driver Updater\

Please run the “SupportTool.exe” and follow the instructions. Once it is done, please send me the "FILE ID" here via private message - so we can analyze the logs with your report on our server.

Update: This is only happening with Chrome, which I prefer to use and would like to keep using it. It appears I still have access to the videos using Edge.
