Once I`ve installed Onlinefamily.Norton and Safetyminder (twice, because I have read about simmilar problems in this forum), I can´t get it to work properly.
I am not able to see web activity and I don´t receive any message but her computer said I was going to be notified, for example, because of time.
In her computer we use Windows XP and NORTON 360 3.8
I will appreciate som help
