Generally, all most users really need is the Norton 360 (Norton GO). The AntiTrack is useful for some who may go to some of the shadier parts of the internet. Most features of Norton Utilities can be found built in to the Windows Operating System.

If you wish to stop using AntiTrack and or Norton Utilities use the information in this Norton Support article to remove the automatic renewal for those subscriptions.

Test

Hi, when I log in in my account, I can’t find any “My account nor my subscriptions”. There is only mentioned “Norton 360 for gamers” .

Is there another way to stop the renewal of Anti Track and Norton Utilities ?

Please help me.

AI Overview
If you cannot find your “My account” or subscriptions after logging in, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or using a different email address, as the account information may be linked to an old email. If the issue continues, contact Norton support for further help.

What to try

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies: Corrupted data can sometimes cause this issue. Clearing it will sign you out of all websites, so you can try signing into Norton again.
  • Check for multiple accounts: You may have created an account with a different or older email address. Try signing in with other email addresses you might have used.
  • Sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft: If you created your account using one of these options, try logging in using the appropriate button on the sign-in page.
  • Check the Norton Services Status page: An outage could be causing the problem. Visit the Norton Services Status page to check for any issues.

If the problem persists

  • Contact Norton support: If you have tried the steps above and still cannot find your account, contact Norton Support. They may be able to help you find your account or reset your credentials.

In your Norton Account, click on the user icon at the top right of the screen and then click on My Subscriptions. That should show you all your current subscriptons.
