I've searched the forum and the main support page to find any reference to Open Office compatibility and did not find anything. I know that this is a popular alternative to Windows Office and would imagine that others would like NSS to recognize it. I realize that I could always add this to the ignored programs in Performance Alert to eliminate the pop-up, but what about scanning, etc.?
If this is an issue for others besides me, thank you for making Open Office suite compatible with Norton.
Background: when opening an Open Office document, the High Usage pop-up appears. If I click on more details the response is an error that the file association cannot be found.
Running: WinXPSP3, NSS 6.4.0.9, Apache Open Office 3.4.1
