NIS 2012 build 19.1.1.3, Windows 7 - 64 bit
When I click on Settings, it takes 4 minutes to open Settings window. Until that NIS doesn't respond and after that behaves normally. There are no other programs running. It behaves in this way every day. NIS2011 opened Settings window without any delay.
It is just annoying, but what to do?
