I have Norton Identity Safe (NIS) for Android v3.5.0 on my rooted Huawei Ascend G7 running Android 4.4.4. Every time I opened NIS it triggered a download of a pdf in Adobe Acrobat viewer. I downloaded the pdf for the first time intentionally and printed it last week. The recurrent download didn't stop me using NIS but it was irritating. I tried 1) restarting 2) removing Adobe. (It still triggered the download but then asked me which other pdf viewer to open). 3) Force Stop NIS. 4) Uninstalled and reinstalled NIS. The last fix worked.
