Hello, Being a bit of a technophobe, my understanding of the spread of a suspicious email is rather sparse, to say the least, however, I am learning! The one question that evades me completely is; when you receive an email in your inbox and all you can see is the sender's details and any heading, how do you know it could be a scam, suspcious or phishing email, without opening it? The answer maybe blatantly obvious to most people, however, I, unfortunately, don't come into that category, therefore, please can you help by enlightening me?
Thank you for taking the time to help, I am grateful.
