Opening PWM via acceptance on Iphone constantly end in error

Issue abstract: Error on opening PWM on my PC by accepting Norton request send to my Iphone - IOS 17.5.1

Detailed description: When I press logon on my PC Norton send a request to my Iphone to accept the opening of PWM and as a result I get the error message: Something went wrong… I have been using this facility through many years and on various phones, and all of a sudden it stopped working on any of my entities. I have called support, but they gave up saying I had to wait for a new update???

Product & version number: Norton™ 360 Deluxe

OS details: Windows 11, version 23H2 til x64

What is the error message you are seeing? An error was encountered during opening of PWM. Try again later. I have had this message for several months, so the answer is NOT to try later!!!

i think the bug is the same ass it is on android ther is a major bug in the norton password manager on the phone so it cant connect to the pc ther is a point ther need to be active ther cant be enables norton nows aboute it

I was a little too quick. PWM unlock via Iphone only works when Norton 360 VPN is on. When not on it will give the same error as earlier. Please correct this, so it works whether VPN is on or off.

Now PWM works with or without Norton 360 VPN on or off. Thanks again.
