for the last year or so i have not been able to log into my identity safe online vault. today I just updated to the latest version, 21.0.1.3 of Norton 360. I am still getting the "operation timed out, check your network connection" I am having no network problems. This has persisted on my laptop and my desktop. Does anyone have an answer? I ran the Norton Removal tool and re installed Norton 360 today, again.
