Hi, I had opted out of the automatic renewal for my first subscription from 2011 when I was using my netbook. I currently use a new laptop with its own subscription since my netbook crashed and could not transfer the coverage. I noticed on my bank statement today that I was charged for the renewal. I rechecked my account and noticed that the automatic renewal was re-initiated. I need a refund for the charge of $79.99 taken from my account on 1/19/2013, please.
