I am running the latest NIS. I'd like to optimize NIS for the best realtime performance of the latest versions of my photoprocessing software, Lightroom 4 and Capture One 7.
I am fine with scanning my photo files the first time. But when these programs are runing, they write their processing instructions to side files that I'd like to exclude from constant realtime scanning.
The options under "real time scanning" seem not to apply.
Is there anyway to change the scanning of NIS - or am I concerned about nothing?
