When I'm home and I go to a site that requires a username and password a drop down bar appears where I can open my vault. My problem always appears when I'm away from my home router. I will go to a site where I need my name and password but the bar doesn't appear where I can open my vault. Sometimes I can open Norton and click on some of the settings and finally get a place to open the vault but many times I'm unable to get the vault open. One of the options is to go to Norton support but not being able to open my vault I'm unable to log in to the support site. Needless to say this creates many problems when on the road and trying to use my verizon hotspot or a friends router.
