Using the app in a language other than English (tested with French and German) and going to the Logins screen, when tapping any of the options (like “Add to favorites”, “Copy username”, “Copy password” etc.) in the three vertical dots menu of any entry, nothing happens. When changing the app language to English, the options fulfil their purpose, i.e. add the item to favorites, copy the password or username into the clipboard etc. It seems like the functional code that shouldn’t have been translated has been translated and therefore doesn’t work anymore when the UI language is one other than English.
Product & version number: Norton Password Manager for Android, v. 8.8.9.4007 (newest version)
OS details: Fairphone 4
What is the error message you are seeing? No error messages

Hello @User37610
Curious, is your Fairphone 4Android 15 (build FP4.QREL.15.19.2, released August 3, 2026)
Could you please confirm your current Android version? Go to Settings > About phone > Android version and let me know if it says 13 or 15 . This will help determine if the bug is tied to a specific OS version or purely the app update itself. Fairphone officially skipped Android 14 for the Fairphone 4.
Not yet. The in-app feedback form didn’t seem like a proper bug reporting channel, but if that is actually what the Norton team monitors/processes, I can of course submit it via the form too
Thanks for the info, sorry for missing that part in the AI-generated content in your first reply. I have submitted the bug via the feedback form now, followed by another feedback that they should make that text input box a multiline input. Extremely frustrating having to horizontally scroll through a long single-line submission text to check it before sending it off…
Is it generally helpful to mention here in the forums when one has submitted feedback for a bug/enhancement request to make more users aware and that they should also send this feedback directly to Norton? I couldn’t see an issue tracking thread for the Password Manager on Android, but find the forums hard to navigate on mobile anyway.
