Order cancelled and take my money

I ordered the Norton 360 in us.norton.com, then I got a mail where you tell me:

There is a issue with your order for the following reason:



We apologize for the delay.

Order Details / Invoice 

"

So I got another mail where you tell me:

"Thank you for ordering from Symantec. At your request, or at the request of the fulfiller and/or the manufacturer, we wanted to let you know that the following items have been cancelled from your order.    

"

However you take my money, that shows my bank account. what can I do? i need the Norton 360 or in the worst case i need my money back.

Sorry for the trouble. Please let me know if you still face the problem with purchasing Norton 360.
