I have Norton Internet Security version 18.7.2.3
I tried to renew my subscription today, from the "Renew" link on the appication. The pages loaded extremely slowly.
I was finally able to complete the process, BUT...instead of being returned to the application "Renew Subscription" page, I got a message in the browser that the order would be processed in 4 hours. I was never returned to the application (as has always happend in the past).
I eventually got an email indicating that "...Your Norton purchase is being processed and will be completed within approximately 4 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is complete. The order processing system is currently unavailable. We will notify you by email when your order has been processed..."
I called support, but they could find no record of the order (which probably makes sense inf the system is down).
Has anyone else had this problem???
Thanks,
There was an issue with the renewal URL earlier that lasted for only three minutes. Everything should be fine now. If you find any problems with your renewal, please contact norton support at http://www.norton.com/chat and they will solve the problem.
Cheers,
Dave
