otros antivirus, ¿porque si tengo instalado Norton, me aparece al empezar otro antivirus que analiza mi ordenador y pe dice que tengo 11 cosas críticas y me pide instalar ese nuevo antivirus y más cuando acabo de analizar con Norton?
el antivirus en cuestión se llama TOTAL AV.
¿no deberiáis protegerme mejor?

Check in the control panel if you have any antivirus programs besides Norton; if so, remove them.
@vicentebotella_garri This is most likely something you picked up while surfing or came packaged with software you may have installed. A lot of free software has third party software that installs at a later time if certain check boxes are not unchecked. Many people completely miss these.
First I would clear your cookies and cache in ALL your installed browsers. Then download and run Malwarebytes so it can detect anything that is still there and remove it for you. Norton primarily protects the OS, not so much with web browsing because no one has any control of what is downloaded and where its downloaded from. Please post your results so we may follow up.
