Hi,
I write on behalf of our company. We send email messages (news, campaigns etc.) to our customers every two weeks and recently customers have reported that Norton alerts about this "Bloodhound.exploit.281" with index[1].gif.
There aren't any .gif files in the messages neither any files named index. We have scanned our server wherefrom messages are sent and it is clean. Furthermore we haven't been able to get this notification with our own computers which also use NIS.

Does anybody have any idea what causes this and how we could get rid of it? I appreciate all the help I can get.
Regards,
Ilkka
