Despite having previously used the Norton Safe Web site dispute process to contest the classification, we received an email stating that the classification had not changed, which we believe to be a mistake.

We strongly believe that this flagging is a false positive and would like to provide additional information to demonstrate that our site is safe and legitimate. The strange thing is that the main/root site https://www.turbotipp.no is not flagged, but only certain components of the site are flagged as malicious by Norton Safe Web. We believe that this may be due to a false positive or a technical issue, which we are more than willing to resolve as soon as possible.

We would like to request that Norton Safe Web re-evaluates our website and removes the malicious flagging as soon as possible. This flagging has had a significant negative impact on our business, and we are losing potential customers who are advised not to visit our site. It also affects our relationship with other partners, such as Norsk Tipping.
