I am starting to receive the message 452 4.7.0 too many messages sent. I am only sending one message. How can I fix this?
Having same problem. Emails sent from ISP's webmail send normally (from same account). Norton and / or Outlook 2010 are causing this problem - Not my ISP, nor the number of emails sent.

Hi jharvallen,
Have you contacted the ISP for confirmation? Any SMTP error concerning the number of messages being sent would be due to a server rejecting the messages - something that most ISPs do to limit spam. Norton really doesn't care about the number of messages you are sending. Sometimes, though, if you are using a secure port required by your ISP, rather than Port 25, Norton's outgoing mail scan might cause problems in sending, but that would be a different issue. In that case, you should disable Norton outgoing mail scans.
