Outbound Traffic Detected

Popup reoccurs "Outbound Traffic Detected"

We have detected a large amount of suspicious outbound traffic on your system.  Your computer may be infected with something that Norton Power Eraser can detect and remove.

I have run "Power Eraser".(multiple times)

Full System Scans.

I don't see any otherwise suspicious activity.

I do have a "Blocked ZLOB.Q" attempt from ipaddress 185.17.184.11 that I have tracked to a server in Frankfurt, Germany, but it is an inbound attack attempt and Norton says it is blocked.  I have also blocked all protocols from a Firewall rule in Norton.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Um, does this help.
