I have a problem that I'm hoping I can get some help on. I have my company email set up in outlook and just yesterday I started getting a error message from Norton when I try to send an e-mail that states "message classified as spam and may not not be delivered". I have had this email account set up for a while on this PC and have not had a problem until now. It seems ALL of my outgoing messages are not being sent and are being classified as spam for some strange reason. I tried sending just a test message to my other email address and that will not go through either. As far as I know none of my settings have been changed so I don't know why this is happening. This is an email attached to our companies domain and I can only access it with outlook. Luckily I have a separate account I can use for now but I still need to get this problem fixed (we are a small company so we don't have a IT person I can get help from). Any advice on what might be causing this and how I can get this fixed?
Thanks for the advice. I think I may have got it working. I went into outlook and did a "repair account" on that account and it seems to be fine now. I'm not sure whether the problem was with the ISP or what, but hopefully I won't have any more issues like this.
