I have Norton Antivirus 2011. I have been having a problem. I have also have zone alarm for a firewall. The only way to allow outgoing email via Outlook is to every time go to the network connection menu via NAV and change the outgoing scan email message from checked on to checked off. I also select permanently . Each time I turn on and off my system it reverts back. Is there a fix.
