I am using NIS 2010 and have it set to scan incoming and outgoing emails.
Usually when I send emails (with Thunderbird) I see a scanning progress box pop up for each mail in turn, but occasionally there seem to be fewer boxes than emails - ie if I'm sending 2 emails I occasionally see only one progress box.
Outgoing email scans don't seem to be recorded in the History. Is there any way of confirming that an email has been scanned and sent?
When I used AVG it kept logs of every email scanned and sent, so if there was any doubt that an email had gone I could check in the logs; I could also check to see if anything was still in the queue to be scanned and sent. Is there anything similar in NIS, and if so, where would I find it? (I'm using Windows 7.)
