Outlook 2010 and Email Scanning

Hi,

 

I have repetitive problems with outlook 2010. Error code 0x800421a and 0x800421b. I think. Repair will fix temporarily. Had to disable email scanning to prevent this problem. Is there another solution? Norton 360 keeps asking to turn email scanning back on, very annoying.

Which version of Norton do you use?

Do you have any other security programs like Spybot,Spysweeper,Malwarebytes?

Did you disable both outgoing & incoming email scan in Norton product?
