Ok, since the last Norton 360 Premier version update, has anyone else experienced problems with their Anti-Spam PlugIn for Outlook? I use Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 and since the last upgrade, the plugin does not filter the spam messages like it use to. I called Norton tech support and they told me that I need to re-train it by adding each one individually to the anti-spam folder so that Norton "knows" to tag those as spam. Since my conversation with the tech guy, I have "trained" 1,548 spam emails and each day the new emails are not going to the AntiSpam folder, even though they were previously identified as spam. Even when the emails are specifically identified with the same email address, they are not being tagged or filtered into the folder. I am fed up and feel like I'm getting the run around. The updated version is not functioning the same as previously in relationship to the Anti-spam plugin.
