Outlook 2010 x64 - After NIS 2012 Install - No People Pane

After Installing Norton Internet Security 2012, My outlook 2010 x64 does not show the any emails on the people pane.

Is this some Norton thing?

It seems like my profile was corroupted so I have make a new profile and start over.

That seems to solve the problem.

 

I followed the suggestion from this Link:

I have no idea if norton caused it or not. I did a in place upgrade or installed on top of it.

That is weird it corrupted the profile. Has anyone else been seeing this problem?
