I am new to this community but have studied all the material on this topic and I see it is 'solved' that Symantec will not hurry to have a 64-bit anti-spam (so I can't 'reply' on that thread).
I am posting this because I could not send an e-mail this morning from my 64-bit Outlook 2010 until I temporarily disabled NIS 2011 Anti-SPAM. I don't have proof it was NIS' fault but I got messages from 'system administrator' like this:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'xxxxx.yyy.zzzz@talk21.com' on 16/11/2011 11:59
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
maybe it is that talk21.com is a special case to NIS or the xxxxx.yyy.zzzz@ format is not allowed? But maybe it is essential to diasble anti-spam and other readers need to know this.
Anyone one out there have some facts to contribute on this topic?
I have been using NIS for years and have several simultaneous licences on various PCs so am not in a hurry to jump ship. Would prefer clear advice from Symantec on how to avoid problems.
