Bonjour, pourquoi Norton 360 ne protege pas outlook 2013?
You're welcome. I don't think Norton was exclusively the blame although its a part of it. There have been tons of monthly Office roll-up updates from Microsoft this month, along with the usual updates to Windows itself. Sometimes those updates coupled with the regular updates to Norton products just don't play nice with one another. Usually a re-registering of the add-on and/or more than one system reboot corrects the issue. Hope that helps and it good hearing your issue is corrected.
Cheers
Thank you. This has brought back my NAS toolbar in Outlook.
Why did an update from Norton kill it in the first place? (if you don't mind me asking)
longcaster. In your Outlook settings move the slider for Outlook to OFF. Reboot your machine. Once done open Norton again, move the selector back to ON, then click "Register Add-in" again. Open Outlook and see if things changed.
I have Outlook 2007, Windows 7 Pro, Norton 360 that is up to date.
A couple weeks ago the Norton Antispam toolbar disappeared from Outlook. The NAS folder is still listed in my folders. What will fix this?
Knock, knock anybody home?
I am having the same problem. I have Outlook 2007.
I went into settings and disabled what I think was the "client integration". I tried twice closing Outlook both times, no change at all, no NAS toolbar in Outlook 2007.
So, please, what do I do to fix this? I still have the NAS folder in my list of folders.
Hello Merle01. In your Norton settings disable then re-enable the anti-spam client integration. Retry Outlook.
Cheers
