Another user had the same issue. The resolution was to set up Split Tunnel for the Outlook.exe.

When adding Outlook.exe to Split Tunnel be sure you are using the full path to the .exe. On my system it is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\outlook.exe . Do not use the generic Outlook offered in the dialog to add an app to split tunnel.

@fluegelstein Do you have a FULL Office 2024 suite installed or are using the app from the Microsoft store? C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16/Outlook.exe was added to the VPN exclusions? Trying to clarify.
