This just started today. We get a Email Error Window after every email we send to approved and used addresses. 550 "THIS MESSAGE WAS CLASSIFIED AS SPAM AND MAY NOT BE DELIVERED. This is counter productive if this happens all the time. SOS Help!!
Hi Skippydeep,
Delivery error messages are returned by your email service provider and displayed by Norton, so this issue may not actually involve anything that Norton is doing. You can try turning off Norton Email Scanning to check if that resolves the issue - if so, you can post back for instructions on disabling the Norton "Fix Now" notices that you will get when you do this. Also check that you are using the correct email server ports that your ISP requires, to eliminate the possiblity that you may not be properly authenticating. If the problem remains, check with your email service provider - your IP address might be on a blacklist or there may be something about the messages themselves that is triggering the email server to block them.
Than for the recommendations but this just occured and we have never had it happen but now it has. Where do we go the disable the email scan?
You should check your email for proper content as sometimes due to some images, links, IP addresses etc. the message seems as spam. However there could be another reasons. You can check this resource http://serverfault.com/questions/48428/how-to-send-emails-and-avoid-them-being-classified-as-spam . Here some tactics are mentioned refgarding this error. Hope this will help you out in resolving this problem.

Sarah
