I am experiencing the same issue as others have reported, but it appears to have occurred sometime in the last 10 days after an update. My HP came with Norton antivirus and I upgraded to Norton 360 when that license expired. Norton 360 has been on my machine for the last 2 plus months. I noticed that Windows Firewall has recently been activated and Norton Firewall is also on. Efforts to turn Windows Firewall off tells me it is now controlled by Norton 360. Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium, Outlook 2007 used for all email. The images are outlined by a black lined box, right click only allows copy function. I have tried most every recommendation I can find on the internet, no joy as of yet. What else can I do & what other information do you need? Any thoughts that can fix this. I have two emails that do not connect to an internet, thus the images are necessary for my use. Argh …
