So it seem I am not alone .... and it is not just one newsletter but some (not all).  The safe sender list, etc. has been done, so there is more to it than that....

Maybe this is the issue??

Outlook 2007.  NIS 2008 (latest version... 15.5?? Updated yesterday from the FF3 issue posting).

With my outlook, some messages that should be html are showing up as text with html code/links in it.

I have looked at the Outlook trust settings, and they are fine ... I have added this sender to the safelist, etc. and yet this email (and others) have this issue.  I do not have the prevent server downloads ticked at all in outlook.  Not all emails do... they look html format to me, but maybe they are set intact instead of needing to download from the server??

Could Norton be blocking these emails somehow?  Can I set up that it allows certain emails? I'd like protection from unknowns, but would like to be able to easily read others that I've subscribed to.

Thanks for any advice on this

Interesting indeed:

Microsoft have released a full run down of what is and isn't supported, including a downloadable validator that helps you validate your HTML for their engine.

I hope they run it on their own releases!

I guess I'm lucky in that I don't use Outlook at all and don't use OFFICE 2007 .....

Windows Secrets newletter just in today refers to this so it may not be a Norton situation?

Hope that helps
