Outlook junk mail folder frozen

My Outlook junk mail folder has frozen. Is it possible that Norton 360 is affecting this?

Hello IanL. First off we need to know the following:

What OS are you using, what is its version and build?

What version of Norton 360 do you have installed? Version 22.xx or 24xx ?

What version of Outlook are you using? Norton supports version 2003 or higher prior to the version 24.xx release of Norton 360.

*I’m not seeing any issues with Norton Security Ultra version 24.xx on Windows 10 and 11 using Outlook 2021.

I have widows 11, version 23H2, build 22631.4317.
Norton 360: 22.24.8.36
I also have Norton AntiTrack. Try as I might, I have failed to find a version number for that.
I have New Outlook version 1.2024.1009.100

I hope that helps resolves my frozen junk mail folder.
